Job Description

I am currently searching for a Sales Director and General Manager, managing the Service Provider business through a team of 5 Regional Sales Managers and the support team. The company’s global turnover is well in excess of $1 billion and is a leading company in access/optical/carrier ethernet solutions and are active in the SDN/NFV space, so you could be a good fit for this position. 

It is important that you have strong leadership qualities, being able to motivate your team and deliver growth in Europe. You will develop the European sales strategy and work with your team to manage existing service provider accounts, as well as win and develop new business across the region. 

You should therefore have a proven track record of success as a leader and as a sales director in Western Europe, with tier 1 service providers. You should be a dynamic individual, with good interpersonal skills who knows how to motivate and manage your team to get the best performance from each of them.  

This is a full time permanent position, where location can be flexible in the UK and work from home. 

This is senior role, so it is unlikely that you will have less than 10 year’s service providers sales experience and 5+ years managing your own sales team.
