I am looking for a Regional Sales Manager with experience selling network solutions to large enterprises in the DACH region and France.
We are ideally looking for someone who has a proven track record of solution sales in an IP networking environment, selling to end customers in vertical markets like transportation, manufacturing and utilities. You will also need to show experience in working with channel partners/system integrators, as well as selling directly to the end customer.
My client is a large international player in this sector, who has created this new position in their critical infrastructure team to help develop this rapidly growing business. This position is primarily about developing new business, so you will need to be comfortable with being a hunter. However, there are also established customers to manage, so you will need to have the skills to network in large organisations, identify the contact strategy and makes things happen, so you will need bags of energy and drive! You will ideally have business proficiency in English, French & German, able to travel 50%+ of your time within region.
This is a permanent full time position which requires an enterprising individual who thrives on taking on a big challenge and winning. You will need circ 8 years industry experience and around 5 years experience selling network solutions. Location is flexible within the region and you should be an EU citizen.
You need to be a self starter and able to work successfully in an international environment, leading virtual teams.
